Dhall
Founder & CEO
Bhopi Dhall is a respected and known technology leader in the high tech industry. He has more than thirty years experience in developing complex systems and products for the US Department of Defense (DOD) as well as the private sector. Bhopi has led Cyber Group, Inc. to profitable year-to-year growth and built a comprehensive portfolio of global clients. He has also managed large teams of engineers that successfully delivered complex systems on time and in budget. Bhopi honed his engineering and management skills in a highly successful career at Texas Instruments. In the DOD arena he was instrumental in system engineering and managing development of secure communications, GPS, and multi-sensor weapon systems. Some examples of products he was instrumental in the system engineering and managing development of include: color printing systems, welding systems, and public safety staff operation management systems. Bhopi has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, India; additionally, he has completed course work towards a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas in Austin.

Dr.
Hugh Plumlee
CTO-Vice President of Engineering Services
Dr. Hugh Plumlee provides technical project leadership, and technology
strategy for all of Cyber Group’s engineering projects.
He is recognized as a leading expert in the development and use
of computer modeling for simulation of new concepts, system operations,
and system performances and in developing and implementing security
analysis, resources scheduling, and data analysis for interpretation.
Hugh has a diverse background in developing and managing projects in the semiconductor industry, engineering product development, and customer problem solving with both hardware and software. He brings more than thirty years industry experience and ten years consulting experience. Before joining Cyber Group, while at Texas Instruments, he gained experience in commercial products, directed product development and implementation of advanced design integrated circuits, thermal printers, PC speech products, solid-state and micro machined sensors, and modem integrated circuits. Also at Texas Instruments in military products, he directed the development of a laser based 3D imaging system and contributed to system development using infrared imaging technology.
Hugh holds a number of patents, has authored industry white papers, and is published in both domestic and international publications.
He holds certification as a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM., with a minor in Physics.

Basant
Singhatwadia
Managing Director, India
Basant has been with Cyber Group for nine years and has fifteen years
experience in managing software engineering projects and programs.
He has been a major contributor to the success of a wide range of
customer projects.
Basant's track record in creating a dynamic engineering development
team, fostering an environment of success as well as developing
and supporting control electronics and software products has played
a key role in the continued growth of the company. Mr. Singhatwadia
is responsible for enhancing the software technology skills in the
company, as well as developing embedded electronics design skills.
Basant has an extensive background in the areas of real-time embedded
software and high level software application development. He has
directed the development
of programs in real time embedded systems and is involved in all
phases of the software
life cycle.
Prior to joining Cyber Group, Basant had software engineering responsibilities
for Secure Meters Limited in the field of real time embedded software
development. He also managed software engineering projects for a
UK based metering company, PRI Limited. Basant received his BE in
Electronics and Communication from Government Engineering College

Julianne
Churches
Director of Operations
Julianne Churches serves as director of operations and corporate controller for Cyber Group. She leads all administrative, financial, human resources, compliance and management initiatives. She works closely with all departments to optimize efficiencies across the organization. Julianne is also a key member of the company’s new business pursuit and strategic planning team. Julianne’s fourteen-year career combines extensive financial, business process improvement and customer service management experience with overall global operations management.
Prior to Cyber Group she served in similar positions with Desert Fire Protection, Serrot International, Electra Sport International and Synchronous Communications (now part of Motorola). She has experience in managing multi-shore operations for U.S. based companies with operations in Asia and Europe.

Joseph Pyloth
Director of Operations, India
Joseph M. Pyloth has been associated with Cyber Group for the last nine years
and is responsible for looking after Government Liaison work and completing
formalities necessary for the day-to-day smooth working of the Company.
A qualified Accountant with an experience of over 20 years in commerce
stream is also responsible for various activities of Imports, Exports,
Softex formalities, Custom clearances, RBI, Banking, Salary accounts,
Tax deductions, TDS return filing dealing with STPI and maintaining the
accounts of the company. Joseph is responsible for regular submission
of reports to Government Departments relating to Inward remittance of
Foreign Exchange, Provident Fund Department relating to employees, Sales
Tax Department, Income Tax Department and Registrar of Companies.

Tom Hulsey C.S.E.
Business Development
Tom Hulsey directs sales efforts for all Cyber Group software, hardware and solutions offerings, with a focus on public safety applications. He has extensive experience with companies marketing software and hardware solutions for commercial and government public safety applications, especially with video surveillance systems, and has worked closely with companies, law enforcement agencies and military organizations.
He recently led the implementation of a comprehensive facility-wide surveillance system at a major Montana Casino and has led the definition and implementation of video surveillance solutions for large automobile dealerships that require internal and external surveillance video systems which provide license plate recognition, job tags, and loss prevention monitoring.
Prior to Cyber Group, Tom built a technology solutions company that developed and implemented intelligent, real-time security and surveillance solutions for commercial as well as local and federal government, public safety agencies, military and education applications. He also served as assistant vice President of computer operations at Bank of America and strategic enterprise-wide selling at a technology solutions company that was acquired by IBM.
Tom recently authored a White Paper: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) – Comparison of IP- and analog-based Surveillance Systems.

Howard
LaMunion
Business Development
Howard LaMunion has more than twenty years of leadership experience
in new strategic marketing, product management, branding, public
relations, media relations, plus mergers and acquisitions. His corporate
experience includes Fortune 500 companies such as Danaher (10 years),
Millipore, Motorola, United Technologies/Carrier and Blue Cross
Blue Shield, as well as leading marketing operations in three start-up
software and IT solutions firms. Howard served on the executive
leadership team of three technology start-ups which resulted in
successful acquisitions and one IPO. Since he founded Consulttus
he has served as interim marketing VP and CMO for several client
companies in the technology and public safety sectors. He served
in public office for six years at the local government level where
he was involved in public safety and media relations. Howard has
extensive experience in the Fire/EMS service, holds a State of Texas
peace officer license (TCLEOSE) and he currently is a police officer
with the Dallas Police Department. Howard has a Syracuse University
BS degree in marketing and public relations.

Kamla Dhall
Ms. Dhall serves as the Company’s chairperson and chief administrative officer. She has over thirty years experience in the legal profession, the majority of which has been as a practicing attorney in a number of branches of the law, including corporation regulation, criminal and civil disputes and torts, and international and immigration law. She is admitted to the Texas Bar, as well as the Kenya Bar and as a Barrister-at-Law in the United Kingdom. Ms. Dhall holds a L.L.M. degree from Harvard Law School.

Kanwal Rekhi
Mr. Rekhi is a leading, highly respected entrepreneur, both as a venture capitalist and angel investor. He founded Excelan, one of the earliest networking companies, which was later sold to Novell, and is the founding president of The Entrepreneur (TiE) Gr oup. As a venture angel, he was instrumental in the successful launching of Exodus Communications. Forbes magazine called him 'the dominant investor in and sage to Silicon Valley's affluent Indian community'; the magazine also highlighted his funding of more than fifteen companies started by Indian immigrants. Mr. Rekhi is currently involved at the board level in many companies including 123signup.com, Instantis, Mediaway, Sierra Atlantic, and Versata. He has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at Michigan Tech University.

Sam Smith
Mr. Smith has been at the forefront of the IT industry throughout his career. From 1989 to 1996, he was Chairman of the Board of Landmark Graphics Corporation. Prior to that time, Mr. Smith was a special limited partner at Sevin Rosen Management, a Texas based venture capital firm that has backed a number of high technology firms, including Compaq, Lotus Development, and Silicon Graphics. In his long career at Texas Instruments, he held a number of key management positions, including Group Vice President of the Data Systems and Defense Systems Groups. Presently he serves on the boards of a number of technology companies. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
