Software Systems EngineeringProduct and Software Systems Engineering Approach
Cyber Group’s software systems engineering comprises three interweaved functions that occur concurrently in the US and in India:
Requirements and specifications development begins once our customer’s have deployed their products to the market. We research our customer’s needs and help them determine their evolving requirements, which we then export to our Indian facilities in Noida, Delhi. Our Indian software and systems engineers implement these new requirements during the software maintenance phase, which includes enhancing, reengineering, and perfecting the code. We then return the code to our US facilities where our US software and systems engineers subject it to a rigorous testing and reengineering, as necessary, until the code is ready to be integrated into the system or software product. Since our customers, the software application owners, have the best understanding of their customers’ requirements, most of the requirements and specifications development, as well as the testing and integration, occur in the US by the application owner with assistance by Cyber Group engineers. Our objective is to extend our customer’s delivery requirements and software maintenance capabilities offshore to radically reduce their time and cost to market. In partnering with our customers to help them strengthen their offshore software systems engineering capabilities, we successfully separate and complete these tasks to optimize results.
