Cyber Group has been named one of the Top 100 Places to Work by The Dallas Morning News. As a company, we are especially proud to receive this ranking during the hectic 2020 year.

Being named one of the Top 100 Places to Work says so much about the culture of a company. The rankings are driven by anonymous employee survey results administered by a third party.

Growth Opportunities

Our survey results showed that our team feels really good about our company culture. The feedback collected also showed how much our team values the opportunities that Cyber Group provides for learning and growth.

In our recent video interview, Cyber Group’s Pragati Ram Lavaraj said that she likes “how Cyber Group nurtures its employees, rolling out business programs, incentives, and bonuses just to make sure employees are growing, developing, and becoming better people every day.”

From incentive programs that encourage our team to work towards new certifications to communication workshops to help us become the best communicators we can be, our leadership team never stops pushing us to be the best versions of ourselves. Our leaders pour into and grow our team members, and our team members apply that growth when serving our clients to the best of our ability.

Quality of Leadership

The Cyber Group leadership team does a fantastic job of encouraging us to think outside the box and to innovate. We are encouraged to problem-solve for ourselves, and we have a solid foundation of trust that has set us up for success long before COVID hit. We were already accustomed to working together from afar with a portion of our team in India & a portion in the US, so we had the tools in place to keep productive & connected. Our leadership team was very responsive and accommodating of needs that have come up with the adjustment to working fully remotely.

On this topic, Cyber Group’s Kathy Andrews shared that, “Cyber Group has adjusted, I think, remarkably. They have been so supportive of all of us to make sure that we have what we need.”

Prioritizing Communication

Our leadership team ramped up communication when we needed it most. We saw increased frequency in our entire-team meetings and new weekly team newsletters to ensure that everyone felt informed and connected. When asked about how our leadership team handled the switch to working from home, Jason Zakarian said, “they communicate with their employees – very, very well. If anything, we have thrived during this, not just survived.”

In a time when uncertainty has been extra scary, our leaders did a great job of letting us know what to expect, and the value of that communication in that time has been truly invaluable.

Being a Relationship-Focused Company

Cyber Group is a company that focuses on relationships. Jeff Abernathy said it best, “I love the work we do. I love the value we deliver to our clients, but most of all, I love the people and the culture. We’re definitely a group of people that say what they mean and mean what they say, and it’s a great place to work.”
