As one of the most established auction firms in the country, this client specializes in all types of real estate sales including single-family, farm and land, commercial assets, foreclosure and occupied assets. When they determined that they needed to upgrade their highly customized Salesforce property management platform, they knew they needed a partner that would be responsive to their specialized requirements with the flexibility and expertise to deliver additional enhancements as part of the process. They also knew that they were entrusting a critical part of their operation to a partner that needed to deliver against a tight project timeline.

Though the client required an aggressive timeline due to contractual agreements, Cyber Group was able to leverage its’ Salesforce onshore/offshore capabilities model and agile project methodology to
work around the clock supporting the project and bringing it to a successful launch. Key deliverables included: migration of all metadata via Visual Studio code with Salesforce plugins from an appbased org to a new greenfield environment, over 4 million records migrated according to specific sequencing, and creation of new process profiles, roles, sharing settings and org-wide defaults. This ensured accurate permissions supported current and future enhancements.
A typical project with this scope of requirements would have required at least 4 months, however, our team was able to meet the aggressive deadline within 12 weeks. In addition, the Cyber Group team was able to enhance several client workflow processes allowing them to take full advantage of the advanced features of the Service Cloud and provided extended cost savings from reducing redundant subscriptions and licenses.
